Previously, when there was no Internet, no telephone, no transport, people transmitted information through pigeons or messengers.

And as soon as transport appeared to carry letters and parcels, the mail appeared.

Each of us has sent a letter or postcard at least once.

And to send a letter, we need a stamp.

The first stamps appeared in England, and Luxembourg issued its first postage stamps on September 15, 1852.

As part of the project, children learned the history of postal services in Luxembourg at the lesson.

We also looked at old stamps.

In the modern world, postcards began to be sent less and less, so at the lesson we signed postcards to each other, played the mail and the postman.
